Buyer Terms
These terms apply when you buy a ticket through TicketKind, a platform operated by Asdfx Labs Limited (Company No. 16319069), registered in England and Wales.
Who you are buying from
When you buy a ticket, you are buying it directly from the event organiser, not from TicketKind. Payment is taken by Stripe, acting as payment processor, and settles to the organiser's own Stripe account. The price you pay is the ticket price plus a booking fee, and both are shown before you pay.
Refunds

The booking fee covers the cost of processing your payment, which has already happened by the time a ticket is refunded, so it is only refunded if the whole event is cancelled.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you would normally have a 14-day right to cancel an online purchase. Tickets for a leisure event taking place on a specific date are exempt from this right, so once you've paid, your ticket cannot be cancelled under these regulations. Refunds are still available as set out above, or at the organiser's discretion.
Managing your tickets
You do not need an account to buy a ticket. Every order confirmation email includes a link to view and manage your tickets. If you lose the email, use find my tickets to have a new link sent to your address.
