Organiser Terms
These terms apply between Asdfx Labs Limited (Company No. 16319069), registered in England and Wales, trading as TicketKind ("TicketKind", "we"), and an organiser who creates an account to sell tickets ("you", "the organiser").
What TicketKind provides
TicketKind is a platform for creating events, listing ticket types, taking payment and managing attendees. There is no subscription fee. Instead, a booking fee is added to each paid ticket, which the buyer pays.
Payments are a direct charge — you are the seller
TicketKind uses Stripe Connect direct charges. This means the payment for each ticket is a sale made by you, the organiser, to the buyer, taken through your own connected Stripe account. Stripe is the payment processor for that sale. TicketKind's own charge to you is the booking fee, taken as an application fee from the payment before it settles to your account. You receive the full ticket price you set; the buyer pays the ticket price plus the booking fee.
Refunds

The booking fee already covers the cost of processing the payment, which is why it is not refunded except when you cancel the whole event — and even then, Stripe's own processing fee for the original payment is not returned to anyone; it is a cost your organisation bears when a paid event is cancelled.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your event listing, for delivering the event as described, and for complying with any licensing, safeguarding or health and safety requirements that apply to it. You are the merchant of record for tickets you sell.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use TicketKind after an update means you accept the revised terms.
