- Connecting your own Stripe account instead brings TicketSource's fee down to 4.5% + VAT per paid booking — not used in the worked table below, since it needs a separate Stripe account.
- A discount on booking fees is available for registered charities.
- On event cancellation, TicketSource refunds the ticket price and its own booking fee in full.
