Frequently asked questions
Is there a subscription?
No. There's no monthly fee for organisers. Revenue comes entirely from the booking fee added to paid tickets.
What does a free event cost?
Nothing. Free tickets carry no booking fee and don't need a Stripe account.
How do I get paid?
Card payments go directly to your own Stripe account, so you're never waiting on us for a payout.
What if I need to cancel an event?
Cancelling an event refunds every confirmed order in full, including the booking fee. Stripe doesn't return its processing fee on a refund, so that cost comes out of your balance — see our organiser terms for the full detail.
